Kitchen Garden Redesign

Keynsham

The completed project transformed the garden on three tiers. A level lawn area with herringbone reclaimed brick path and curved dry stone wall forms the entrance to the garden.

Steps lead on to the formal kitchen garden including a continuation of the reclaimed brick paths laid around symmetrical raised timber planters. The north to south path is wider to accommodate the replica fishbelly dramway rails referencing the history of the property. An arched brick wall sits within a Hornbeam hedge which provides a backdrop to a seating area against the wall with an aspect facing along the replica dramway towards the original dramway's ultimate destination of the River Avon.
